more craftness

been a while but....

Sorry its been a while but I have a good excuse. I fell...twice...first time I broke my hip and then four weeks later I fell getting out of the shower and broke the leg. All the damage was done on the left hand side. Christmas day was six hours on the operating table..... I am now recovering and here'

are two efforts I have made while recovering. There are a couple more to photo, and then I'll add those too.

This is daughter Angela she took a selfie. She often takes photos like this one, showing herself taking a tongue in cheek view on life. I laughed when I saw it.and just had to scrap it

Christmas is coming

This was bare MDF. From Fernli designs. They do oodles of lovely things. I gesso-ed it then painted it and there spray glittered it, then added fine glitter to the snowflakes. I did the same with the top star.Plus added gems And the snowman is coloured and painted and glittered and glued on. The glitter doesn't show so good in the picture nor the gems on the start. I so enjoyed making this.

Leo and stash busting

This is a page showing Leo my dog. I went through my stash today and I found things I have had for years and I mean years. So, I have set myself a challenge , that is to use up the old stash by the end of 2016! Now there's a huge tub so I need to get going and scrapping and making cards with this stuff. Wish me luck this page made a start on using ribbons but I only made a slight tiny dent. But at least its a start!

its been a whlie

Its been a while since I updated my blog. Not that I think many are visiting but hey ho. If you are seeing this please leave a comment so I know you popped in to say hi!  These are some of the last pages I made. I am so enjoying scrapbooking again. I think having the like forever kit has helped  re light my scrappy fire!
